Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds on any orders once they've been shipped.

Once Custom Portrait Cookie orders have been placed, our artists will email you a sketch. If the sketch isn't accepted, they make alterations accordingly. Once the final sketch is accepted we will not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds.
